How to swap 1GBP (formerly GBPT)?

This article provides a step by step guide explaining how you can swap 1GBPT for a supported stablecoin pair.

1. Start off by visiting the Swap section of the Stabull DEX
2. If you haven’t already, select your blockchain from the dropdown at the top of the screen and click Connect
3. Choose your wallet (ie MetaMask)
4. If not unlocked, you may need to enter your wallet password to unlock your wallet
5. Choose the wallet address you would like to connect to the DEX and click next.
6. Click connect (this will not incur a gas charge)
7. In the convert section, select 1GBP from the dropdown
8. In the To section, select the stablecoin you would like to receive in exchange.
9. Click approve, which will open your wallet
10. If it is your first time connecting to the DEX for this coin, you will be asked to set a spending cap. Select an amount you are comfortable with, or click Max to enable your full balance to be tradable and click next
11. You will be presented with information about your chosen spending cap. This will incur a small gas fee, which you can adjust as you like. Click approve.
12. Wait a short amount of time for the transaction to be submitted and confirmed. Click close on the popup.
13. You can now click Swap to proceed with the transaction
14. In your wallet, confirm the details of your transaction, and choose your gas fee. Click confirm
15. Your transaction will be broadcast to the blockchain. Once submitted, you can click close.
16. Wait a short time for the transaction to be confirmed, and you will receive your stablecoins.
